Always remember to research the retailer before purchasing and make sure they are under our list of authorized retailers. Please be aware of online bridal copy houses; ordering from these sites run the risk of receiving a poor quality knock-off that may potentially fall apart when steaming. Any one of our authorized retailers can request a loaner sample of any of our gowns to be sent to them for a week so brides can see them in person.

From time of ordering, our bridal gowns take approximately 3-4 months to cut and deliver. Rush options are available to cut down to 3 months but it’s always recommended to ensure a delivery date with more than a month from the actual event date. Custom changes to gowns are ineligible for rush delivery due to the extra work involved and may extend past normal delivery times if the custom changes are extensive.

We can custom make the dress with your own body measurements. In addition we also allow for some customizations such as neckline shape changes, train length extensions, corset tie backs, adding of beaded straps and accents. Please inquire with us with any requests and we'll do our best to accommodate.
